Exhibition:

Sivan Nishri, born in 1989, is a multidisciplinary artist, based and creating in Tel Aviv. Nishri graduated with a Bachelor's Degree (BFA) with honours from the Department of Multidisciplinary Art, Shenkar (2018) and a Bachelor's Degree (BA) from the Department of Fashion Design at Shenkar (2013). The final exhibition she presented earned her the Adams Award for Outstanding Graduate on behalf of Shenkar and an Award of Excellence for Graduates on behalf of the Professional Union of Plastic Artists in Israel. Nishri specializes in sculpture, drawing, and painting. In her artistic work, she makes a new interpretation of her training in fashion design, through the renewed thought she gives to the body and work in textiles. Her works have been shown, among others, in group exhibitions at the Artists’ House in Tel Aviv, the Jaffa Museum, the Edmond de Rothschild Center and in a solo exhibition at the Artists’ House in Jerusalem.
